Terms of Service

Welcome to our online shop where a library of rare and collector plants are available for purchase. A small collection of plant accessories and gift items are also available. By purchasing items from this website, you agree to the following terms of service.

Product information

Unless stated, plants are true form.  Tissue cultured plants will be specified in the description of the plant being sold. 

We do our best to provide accurate product information and images.  While images are taken under bright lights to provide you with the most accurate image, no other filters or AI are used to enhance photos. 

The settings on your own phone/device/computer may have an impact on the aesthetics of the plant.

Please note that plant sizes and colours may vary due to natural growing habits, your environment, lighting and watering habits.   

To the extent permitted by the laws of Australia, we are not liable for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

Orders and payments 

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.  We reserve the right to change prices, discount codes or to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.  

This online shop is linked to a number of different markets and there may be a delay in the updating of orders.  If there is more than one buyer purchasing the same item due to a timing/syncing delay, your order may be cancelled and refunded back to you.

Sale period, discount codes and free gift

All orders will receive a free gift. Only one free gift per order will apply. Free gifts are random and may be a different item with subsequent orders. 

Sales are random throughout different periods of the year. These will be announced on the home page and will be automatically applied on checkout. 

Discount codes will generally be available to email subscribers only.  Codes will not be valid during periods of sales; unless the codes provides a better discount that the sale. If this is the case, then only the higher discount code will be valid.

Shipping of plants

All plants are carefully packed and are shipped by express post either on a Monday or Tuesday after payment is received.  

We are not responsible for any delays, damages or losses that occur once item has been lodged in with Australia Post.  

Tracking 

All items will be sent with a Australia Post tracking ID
